Beata is a CEO, innovation strategist, wellness architect, and global connector who drives innovation through holistic leadership, AI foresight, and purpose-driven business strategy.
With over 15 years of leadership across MedTech, BioTech, wellness, integrative healthcare, AgriTech, and mental-health innovation, she has become a driving force behind transformative projects that elevate community health and forward-looking technological ecosystems.
A corporate architect with over two decades of strategic leadership, Beata brings the discipline, resilience, and performance mindset forged across engineering, wellness, and technology into her work as a founder, advisor, and strategic collaborator.

The Story
From $100 and two suitcases to global impact
Over 25 years ago, Beata landed in Canada from Slovakia. In the middle of a rainy day, she found herself without a place to go, with only $100 and two suitcases by her side. She was left without a phone and crying.
Another human being reached out to help. Although Beata was a complete stranger with nowhere to go, this woman sheltered her for two months, asking for nothing in return. She simply opened her door.
That act of compassion became the defining moment of Beata’s journey. It taught her something she carries into every relationship and every project: give back more than you take. This is why she now sits on the Advisory Board of Ambassadors of Compassion Canada, and why building community is at the heart of everything she does.
She earned certifications and degrees across two continents, Europe and Canada, including studies at Comenius University’s Faculty of Management in Slovakia.
